پروفایل مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در جدایه‌های لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز از گوشت سفید موجود در بازارهای خرده‌فروشی پاکستان

چکیده

پیشینه: لیستریوز یک بیماری است که در افراد دارای سیستم ایمنی ضعیف رخ می‌دهد و توسط باکتری زئونوز لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز ایجاد می‌شود. اهمیت شیوع آن در گوشت خام به دلیل توانایی آن در ایجاد بیماری در صورت پخت ناکافی گوشت، عدم رسیدن به دمای داخلی توصیه شده یا از طریق آلودگی متقابل است. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی حضور لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز در گوشت مرغ تازه، ماهی و گوشت منجمد/آماده مصرف (RTE) که از بازارهای خرده‌فروشی دو شهر بزرگ پاکستان تهیه شده‌اند، انجام شد. روش کار: شناسایی با استفاده از روش‌های بیوشیمیایی و مولکولی با هدف قرار دادن دو ژن از جزیره بیماری‌زایی لیستریا (LIP-1) یعنی ژن‌های prfa و hly توسط PCR انجام شد و توالی‌ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. توالی‌های جدایه‌ها به بانک ژن NCBI ارسال شدند تا شماره دسترسی ON859912، ON933793، ON933794، ON933795، ON933790، ON933791، و ON933792 دریافت شود. مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی این جدایه‌ها در برابر هفت آنتی‌بیوتیک با استفاده از روش انتشار دیسک تایید شد. نتایج: پروفایل حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی این جدایه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بیشتر جدایه‌ها به ونکومایسین (2/43%)، جنتامایسین (8/37%) و اریترومایسین (9/18%) مقاوم بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان‌دهنده حضور قابل توجه لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز در نمونه‌های گوشت همراه با مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی نسبت به آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های رایج مورد استفاده برای لیستریوز در پاکستان است. این وضعیت نگران کننده خطرات جدی برای سلامت عمومی ایجاد می‌کند.
