ارزیابی کارایی پروتکل‌های همگام‌سازی فحلی همراه با جفت‌گیری طبیعی و سونوگرافی بر عملکرد تولید مثلی میش در فصل غیر تولید مثل

چکیده

پیشینه: همگام‌سازی فحلی یک فناوری کمک باروری مهم برای بهبود عملکرد تولید مثلی در میش‌ها است. پروتکل‌های مختلفی با میزان موفقیت متغیر استفاده شده‌اند، اما مطالعات مربوط به همگام‌سازی فحلی قابل اجرا در مزرعه ناچیز بوده است. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی پروتکل‌های همگام‌سازی فحلی بر عملکرد تولید مثلی در میش‌ها با استفاده از هورمون‌های مختلف طراحی شد. روش‌کار: تمامی میش‌های آزمایشی به طور تصادفی به سه گروه (15 تایی) تقسیم شدند. میش‌های همه گروه‌ها اسفنج داخل واژینال را به مدت 12 روز دریافت کردند. متعاقبا، گروه‌های NP4-GnRH و NP4-eCG 8 میکروگرم بوسرلین استات یا 200 واحد بین‌المللی eCG را به ترتیب در روز 12 به صورت عضلانی دریافت کردند، در حالی که گروه NP4-Insulin انسولین 2/0 واحد بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن را به صورت زیر جلدی به مدت سه روز متوالی دریافت کردند. تشخیص فحلی، 24 ساعت پس از برداشتن اسفنج در گروه NP4-GnRH و NP4-eCG و 24 ساعت پس از آخرین تزریق انسولین در گروه NP4-Insulin شروع شد. میش‌هایی که فحل تشخیص داده شدند، جدا شده و جفت خوردند. میزان حاملگی با سونوگرافی تعیین شد. نتایج: میزان پاسخ فحلی و لقاح در گروه‌های NP4-GnRH، NP4-eCG، و NP4-Insulin به ترتیب 43/71، 86/92 و 85/53، و 00/70، 61/84 و 43/71% بود. نرخ بره‌زایی همانند نرخ لقاح بود. نرخ یک و چند قلوزایی به ترتیب در گروه‌های NP4-GnRH، NP4-eCG، و NP4-Insulin 41/71، 36/36، 00/60، و 57/28، 64/63 و 00/40% و نرخ باروری 57/128، 91/190 و 00/140% بود. نتیجه‌گیری: پروتکل همگام‌سازی فحلی شامل اسفنج پروژسترون داخل واژینال و eCG در شرایط مزرعه مؤثرتر بود.
