سارکوسیستیس کروزی در گاوهای ذبح شده مصری (Bos taurus): اپیدمیولوژی، ریخت شناسی و توصیف مولکولی یافته‌ها

چکیده

پیشینه: گونه‌های سارکوسیست یکی از شایع‌ترین کوکسیدی‌های تشکیل‌دهنده کیست در بافت‌های غذایی هستند که از نظر بهداشت عمومی و دامپزشکی حائز اهمیت‌ هستند. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف اصلاح مشخصات اپیدمیولوژی عفونت با گونه‌های سارکوسیست در لاشه گاوها و همچنین کشف ساختار و ویژگی‌های فیلوژنتیکی جدایه‌های سارکوسیست انجام شد. روش کار: در مجموع 292 لاشه گاو از ژانویه 2020 تا دسامبر 2020 با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری (LM) از طریق له کردن عضلات (MS) و هضم پپتیکی (PD) برای وجود سارکوسیست مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سارکوسیست‌های جدا شده از بافت‌های مختلف گاو برای شناسایی مورفولوژیکی و استخراج DNA انتخاب شدند. ژن   18S rDNA هر سارکوسیست تکثیر، توالی‌یابی و آنالیز شد. نتایج: به طور کلی، 5/92% (292/270) از نمونه بافت گاوها حاوی سارکوسیست‌های میکروسکوپی با جداره نازک بودند که منحصرا در مری با میکروسکوپ نوری یافت شدند. ارتباط آماری غیر معنی‌داری بین شیوع عفونت و گروه‌های سنی، جنس گاوها و همچنین تغییرات فصلی مشاهده شد (P>0.05). ویژگی‌های فراساختاری سارکوسیست‌ها به طور کامل مورد بحث قرار گرفت. توالی‌یابی ژن 18S rDNA سارکوسیست، سارکوسیستیس کروزی (تطابق 100%-99) را تایید کرد که اولین شناسایی مولکولی جدایه فعلی در این منطقه مورد مطالعه بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر، در ابتدا اطلاعات مختصری را در رابطه با اپیدمیولوژی گونه‌های سارکوسیست آلوده کننده گاوها ارائه می‌دهد و نقطه شروعی برای توسعه آگاهی بهداشتی و طرح‌های پیشگیرانه کارآمد برای این انگل تک یاخته مشترک بین انسان و دام در نظر گرفته می‌شود.
