شناسایی مولکولی و اولین توالی یابی کل ژنوم ویروس کم خونی عفونی ماکیان (CIAV) در ایران

چکیده

پیشینه: ویروس کم خونی عفونی ماکیان (CIAV) یک پاتوژن مهمی است که باعث سرکوب شدید سیستم ایمنی در ماکیان‌های جوان می‌شود. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ژنوتیپ و توالی تمام طول سویه‌های CIAV در ایران انجام شد. روش کار: ابتدا، نمونه‌های تیموس جمع آوری شده با استفاده از تکنیک PCR معمولی برای تشخیص CIAV مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در مرحله دوم، یکی از 13 نمونه مثبت CIAV (UT-Zahraee) برای توالی یابی کامل ژنوم انتخاب شد. نتایج: ما 13 ایزوله از CIAV جدا شده از 40 گله مرغ گوشتی از استان‌های مختلف ایران را طی سال 2017 شناسایی کردیم. مقایسه توالی‌های کامل ژنوم و همسانی‌های نوکلئوتیدها نشان داد که UT-Zahraee شباهت زیادی با سویه‌های CIAV جدا شده از آمریکا و مصر دارد. علاوه بر این، تجزیه و تحلیل توالی ژن VP1 نشان داد که UT-Zahraee دارای همسانی بالایی با سویه‌های CIAV ایرانی گزارش شده در گذشته، سویه‌های چینی و مصری است. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه اولین گزارش از توالی‌یابی کامل ژنوم سویه CIAV از ایران است. این گزارش می‌تواند برای درک بهتر اپیدمیولوژی و خصوصیات مولکولی ویروس کم خونی عفونی ماکیان‌‌ها در حال چرخش در ایران مفید باشد.
