بهبود تولید خرگوش‌های اهلی در صربستان با استفاده از مطالعه پایشی عفونت‌های انگلی

چکیده

هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر بررسی شیوع برخی از عفونت‌های انگلی خرگوش‌های اهلی تولید شده توسط تولید کنندگان خرگوش در صربستان به منظور بهبود پرورش این حیوانات بود. خرگوش‌ها علاوه بر دلایل اقتصادی (تولید گوشت و تولید مثل) به منظور استفاده در پژوهش‌ها و مطالعات، پرورش داده می‌شوند و نیز برخی از نژاد‌های آن‌ها به عنوان حیوان خانگی نگهداری می‌شوند. بنابراین کسب آگاهی در مورد عوامل بیماریزا از جمله عوامل بیماری‌های انگلی که نه تنها باعث آسیب به وضعیت سلامت حیوان می‌شوند بلکه ضررهای اقتصادی نیز دارند،‏ اهمیت می‌یابد. مطالعه انگل شناسی حاضر در بازه زمانی سال 2010 الی 2015 در هشت ناحیه اپیدمیولوژیک صربستان و بر روی 433 خرگوش از نژاد‌های مختلف انجام شد (سن 154 خرگوش تا یک سال و سن 279 خرگوش بالای پنج سال). در بین تمام خرگوش‌های مطالعه شده، 68/82% از حیوانات دارای آلودگی‌های انگلی بودند. در این مطالعه 3 گونه از انگل‌های داخلی (گونه‌های ایمریا، گونه‌های تریکواسترونژیلوس و پاسالوروس آمبیگوس) و 3 گونه از انگل‌های خارجی (جرب‌های جنس سارکوپتس، پزوروپتس و نوتوادرس) شناسایی شد. در بچه خرگوش‌ها بیشترین شیوع بیماری مربوط به کوکسیدیوز (65/50%) مشاهده شد در حالی که در حیوانات مسن‌تر تریکواسترونژیلوزیس شایع‌تر بود (07/39%). شایع‌ترین عفونت ناشی از جرب‌ها مربوط به گونه‌های پزوروپتس کونیکولی (01/12%) بود. به منظور کنترل بهتر سلامت خرگوش‌ها نیاز روز افزون به نظارت مستمر بر عفونت‌های انگلی شامل تشخیص مناسب و دقیق، استفاده از پروتوکل‌های درمانی کارآمد و روش‌های پیشگیری و کنترل وجود دارد.
