تاثیر کمبود متیونین بر تعداد سلول‌های IgA+ B دوازدهه و ژژنوم و سطوح ایمونوگلوبین جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

بر اساس گزارش‌ها، متیونین (met) موجود در جیره غذایی، سبب تولید آنتی بادی و تقویت ایمنی سلولی در جوجه‌های گوشتی می‌شود. نشان داده شده است که کمبود متیونین تکامل ارگان‌های لنفاوی و تولید آنتی بادی را در جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. هدف از طراحی این مطالعه، بررسی اثر کمبود متیونین بر ایمونوگلوبولین‌ها (sIgA، IgA، IgG و IgM) و سلول‌های IgA+ B در دوازده و ژژنوم جوجه‌های گوشتی نژاد کاب با استفاده از تکنیک‌های ایمونوسیتوشیمی و سنجش ایمونوسوربنت متصل به آنزیم (ELISA) در یک دوره پرورشی 6 هفته‌ای بود. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که تعداد سلول‌های IgA+ B در گروه دچار کمبود متیونین، در مقایسه با گروه شاهد به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافته است P<0.01) یا (P<0.05. مقادیر sIgA، IgA، IgG و IgM نیز به خصوص در روز‌های 28 و 42 دوره پرورشی در گروه دچار کمبود متیونین به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافته بود P<0.01) یا (P<0.05. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که کمبود متیونین اثرات معنی‌داری بر عمل‌کرد سیستم ایمنی هومورال مخاط روده‌ها اعمال می‌کند. این مطالعه دیدگاه علمی ارزشمندی ایجاد کرد که می‌تواند برای مطالعات آتی بر عمل‌کرد و نقش متیونین در روده انسان و سایر حیوانات مفید باشد.
