تاثیر زمان تزریق eCG بر روی سرنوشت فولیکول تخمدانی در تلیسه‌های هولشتاین

هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر تجویز هورمون گنادوتروپین کوریونیک اسبی (eCG) بر روی سرنوشت فولیکول‌های تخمدانی در مراحل مختلف رشد (بسیج، غالبیت و ابتدای مرحله ایستائی) در طول اولین موج فولیکولی در تلیسه‌های هولشتاین بود. تعداد 20 راس تلیسه به صورت کاملا تصادفی به چهار گروه آزمایشی (5 راس در هر گروه) تقسیم شدند. هر یک از تلیسه‌ها، میزان 500 واحد بین‌المللی eCG (فولیگون، اینتروت، هلند، به صورت عضلانی)، در زمان آغاز بسیج فولیکولی (روز تخمک ‌گذاری، گروه اول)، مرحله غالبیت فولیکولی (فولیکول 10≤ میلی‌متر) و در اوایل مرحله ایستائی (گروه سوم) دریافت داشتند. تلیسه‌های گروه کنترل هیچ گونه درمانی دریافت نکردند. ساختار‌های تخمدانی، به صورت روزانه و با استفاده از اولتراسونوگرافی، از روز قبل از تخمک‌ گذاری تا پایان چرخه فحلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تمام تلیسه‌ها متعاقب تجویز eCG، بدون در نظر گرفتن مرحله رشد فولیکولی، رشد فولیکولی را نشان دادند. تجویز eCG در گروه اول، موجب رشد دو فولیکول غالب همزمان گردید. تجویز eCG در گروه‌های دوم و سوم، موجب به تعویق افتادن زمان تحلیل فولیکول غالب و افزایش طول چرخه فحلی گردید. تمام گروه‌های درمانی، 84 ساعت بعد از تجویز eCG دارای فولیکول غالب بودند. حداکثر اندازه جسم ‌زرد در گروه‌های درمانی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، بزرگتر بود (P<0.05). به طور خلاصه، بسته به زمان تجویز eCG در طول اولین موج فولیکولی (در آغاز بسیج فولیکولی، مرحله غالبیت و اوایل مرحله ایستائی)، رشد همزمان دو فولیکول غالب، پایداری فولیکول غالب، افزایش رشد فولیکول و جسم زرد و افزایش طول چرخه فحلی در تلیسه‌های هولشتاین قابل انتظار است.
