بیان ژن گیرنده استروژن 1 در بز در ارتباط با باروری

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل الگوی بیان ژن گیرنده استروژنی 1 (ESR1) در بزهای نر بربری (بارور و نابارور) بر اساس صفات کیفی مایع منی و صفات باروری انجام شد. RNA به روش Trizol از طحال استخراج شد. الگوی بیان ژن ESR1 با استفاده از                Real Time PCR (Roche LC-480) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تعیین میزان نسبی با RT-PCR نشان داد که بیان ژن ESR1 در بزهای بارور در مقایسه با نابارورها بیشتر است.
