پنتراکسین-۳، اندوتلین-۱، برخی از پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی و هماتولوژی در کمپلکس بیماری تنفسی گاوها

چکیده

پیشینه: کمپلکس بیماری تنفسی عفونی گاوها (BRDC) یکی از مشکلات عمده دام در جهان است. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اهمیت تشخیصی پنتراکسین-3، اندوتلین-1، بیوشیمی بالینی و پارامترهای خونی در BRDC انجام شد. روش کار: حیوانات در این مطالعه از نژاد سیمنتال، 1تا 7 ساله، درمان نشده، گاوهای سالم و دچار BRDC (40 گاو با BRDC در گروه بیمار و 10 گاو سالم در گروه شاهد) بودند. یافته‌های بالینی مانند وضعیت عمومی، تعداد تنفس در دقیقه، دمای رکتوم، تعداد ضربان قلب در دقیقه و وضعیت هوشیاری گاوهای بیمار ثبت شد. نمونه خون از ورید گردن از تمام گاوها تنها یک بار گرفته شد. شمارش کامل سلول‌های خونی از نمونه‌های خون با دستگاه شمارشگر اتوماتیک، پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی با اتوآنالایزر و پنتراکسین-3 و اندوتلین-1 با استفاده از روش الیزا اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج: دمای رکتوم، تعداد تنفس و ضربان در دقیقه، تعداد کل لکوسیت‌ها، گاما گلوتامیل ترانسفراز، اوره، بیلی روبین تام، لاکتات دهیدروژناز، کراتین کیناز، غلظت پنتراکسین-3 و اندوتلین-1 در گروه BRDC نسبت به گروه شاهد از نظر آماری بالاتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: غلظت‌های پنتراکسین-3 و اندوتلین-1 در گروه BRDC به طور معنی‌داری در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بالاتر بودند. در نتیجه، پنتراکسین-3 و اندوتلین-1 در گاوهایی که با BRDC تشخیص داده شده بودند از نظر تشخیصی مهم بودند.
