رابطه بین امتیاز توده بدنی، تیروکسین و وضعیت سلامت با شاخص‌های انرژی سرم، فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین-1 و پروفایل لیپیدها در طول دوره انتقال در گاوهای شیری هولشتاین

چکیده

پیشینه: تحرک چربی در گاوها در حول و حوش زایش به طور قابل توجهی افزایش می‌یابد؛ ارتباط بین غلظت بیش از حد NEFA خون، استرس اکسیداتیو و اختلال در وضعیت سلامت در گاوهای شیری در دوره انتقال مشاهده شده است. هدف: ارتباط بین مقادیر تیروکسین سرم (T4) با شاخص‌های انرژی و پروفایل لیپیدی در همه گاوها، گاوهای غیرچاق (NFC)، گاوهای چاق (FC)، حیوانات سالم و بیمار در مطالعه حاضر برآورد شد. روش کار: نمونه خون از 50 راس گاو با چند شکم زایش در روزهای 14-، 10+، 20+، و 30+ نسبت به زایمان گرفته شد. تمام گاوها رژیم غذایی مشابهی داشتند و تحت شرایط مدیریتی یکسانی نگهداری می‌شدند. نتایج: مقادیر NEFA و BHBA در روز دهم زایش به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت. برعکس، گلوکز، T4، تری گلیسیرید، LDL-C، و VLDL-C ده روز پس از زایمان به طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافت. بین T4 سرم با NEFA برای همه گاوها و FCها همبستگی منفی و معنی‌داری وجود داشت. مقادیر سرمی T4 و BHBA در گاوهای NFC، FC، سالم، و بیمار همبستگی منفی معنی‌داری داشت. علاوه بر این، T4 سرم و فروکتوزامین رابطه منفی معنی‌داری در FCها و همبستگی مثبت معنی‌دار در گاوهای بیمار داشتند. مقادیر T4 سرم با کلسترول، HDL-C و همبستگی معنی‌دار منفی و با تری گلیسیرید و VLDL-C برای همه گاوها، NFC، FC، و گاوهای سالم همبستگی مثبت معنی‌دار داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: داده‌ها بر تاثیر تعادل انرژی منفی در طول دوره گذار بر پروفایل لیپیدهای سرم و عملکرد تیروئید تاکید داشتند. علاوه بر این، همبستگی بین T4 و شاخص‌های انرژی و لیپید ممکن است نشان دهنده تاثیر احتمالی وضعیت سلامت و وضعیت بدن بر پاسخ‌های تیروئید باشد.
