.ارائه یک روش کشت جدید و تخصصی برای بازیابی هلیکوباکتر پولوروم از گوشت مرغ

چکیده

پیشینه: هلیکوباکتر پولوروم از جمله باکتری‌هایی است که از گوشت خام مرغ جدا سازی می‌گردد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف ارائه یک روش کشت جدید (پروتکل B) برای بازیابی هلیکوباکتر پولوروم از گوشت مرغ با افزودن برخی تغییرات به روش کشت سنتی (پروتکل A) و در نتیجه مقایسه حساسیت، ویژگی و دقت این روش‌ها با آزمون واکنش زنجیره‌ای پلیمراز (PCR) انجام گردید. روش کار: 400 نمونه گوشت مرغ از بازارهای مختلف خرده فروشی و سوپرمارکت‌ها جمع آوری و هر نمونه توسط پروتکل A، پروتکل B و آزمون PCR پردازش شد. نتایج: از 400 نمونه، 77 (25/19%) و 163 (75/40%) نمونه به ترتیب با استفاده از پروتکل A و پروتکل B از نظر کشت مثبت بودند. با استفاده از آزمون PCR به عنوان استاندارد طلایی نیز، 196 نمونه (49%) به عنوان هلیکوباکتر پولوروم شناسایی شدند. ویژگی برای هر دو پروتکل 100% تعیین شد در حالی که حساسیت پروتکل B و پروتکل A به ترتیب 83% و 39% تخمین زده شد. همچنین، دقت بالاتر و پایین‌تر به ترتیب مربوط به پروتکل B (92%) و پروتکل A (70%) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: روش طراحی شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند یک روش مناسب، تقریبا حساس، اختصاصی و دقیق برای بازیابی هلیکوباکتر پولوروم از گوشت مرغ فراهم کند.
