مطالعه مشخصات فولیکولی، پروفایل هورمونی و بیوشیمیایی در بوفالوهای غیر سیکلیک درمان شده با نورجستومت + PMSG

چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور مطالعه دینامیک فولیکولی، مشخصات هورمونی و بیوشیمیایی و پاسخ باروری در بوفالوهای غیر سیکلیک و غیر سیکلیک درمان شده با نورجستومت + PMSG در تابستان انجام شد. حیوانات مطالعه به دو گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه 1 (کنترل (تعداد=8): بدون درمان) و 2 (گروه درمان (تعداد=15)). در گروه 2، هفت حیوان برای مشخصات بیوشیمیایی و هورمونی فولیکول و هشت حیوان برای مطالعات باروری متعاقب درمان Crestar® (Intervet, France) (روز 0: جایگذاری Crestar®؛ روز 8: 500 IU PMSG؛ روز 9: خارج نمودن Crestar®؛ روز 11: AI) مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. استرادیول (E2) و پروژسترون (P4) مایع فولیکولی در فولیکول غیر سیکلیک و قبل از تخمک‌گذاری در گروه‌های مطالعه به طور معنی‌داری (P<0.01) بیشتر از سطح محیطی بودند. غلظت E2 محیطی، طی دوره پیش از تخمک‌گذاری در گروه 2 بیشتر از گروه 1 بود (P<0.05). رابطه معنی‌داری بین E2 فولیکولی و سرم استنباط شد (r=0.888; P<0.01) و تفاوت معنی‌داری در میزان کلسترول سرم بین گروه‌ها نشان داد. پروتئین کل فولیکولی کمتر (P<0.05) در حیوانات غیر سیکلیک و گلوکز فولیکولی بیشتر (P<0.05) در گروه درمان استنباط شد. رابطه معنی‌داری (r=-0.770; P<0.05) بین کلسترول و تری گلیسریدهای فولیکولی مشاهده شد. مشخصات فولیکولی، پس از تجویز PMSG، به طور معنی‌داری (P<0.01؛ 12/0 ± 32/1 در مقابل 20/0 ± 83/0) در همه بوفالوهای دارای علایم فحلی، غیر از چهار بوفالو آبستن، تغییر کرد. در نتیجه، مشخصات هورمونی و بیوشیمیایی فولیکول از نظر سطح گلوکز و پروتئین بین بوفالوهای درمان شده و بدون سیکل تابستان متغیر بود. اگرچه، E2 محیطی همراه با پاسخ باروری اختلاف معنی‌داری (P<0.01) بین گروه‌های مطالعه با رابطه معنی‌دار از نظر E2، کلسترول و تری گلیسریدهای محیطی و فولیکولی نشان دادند.
