In this study<br />antinociceptive mechanisms of T. polium hydroethanolic extract were examined by acetic acid-induced<br />writhing test as a model of visceral pain in male NMRI mice. To reveal the antinociceptive mechanisms of<br />the extract, we examined the effects of opioidergic, serotonergic, adrenergic and histaminergic antagonists on extract-induced antinociception. The results of this study showed that pretreatment with naloxone,<br />chlorpheniramine and cimetidine significantly attenuate the antinociceptive effect of the extract. However,<br />cyproheptadine and phentolamine had no effect. Our results clearly show antinociceptive effects of T. polium<br />may be mediated by opioidergic and histaminegic H1 and H2 receptors. گیاه کلپوره در طب سنتی ایران برای درمان درد احشایی استفاده می‌شود. در این مطالعه مکانیسم‌های ضد دردی عصاره هیدرواتانولی گیاه کلپوره به وسیله تست رایتینگ ناشی از اسید استیک به عنوان یک مدل درد احشایی در موش‌های نر نژاد NMRI بررسی شد. برای مشخص شدن مکانیسم‌های ضد دردی گیاه، اثرات آنتاگونیست‌های اپیوئیدرژیک، سروتونرژیک، آدرنرژیک و هیستامینرژیک بر بی‌دردی ناشی از عصاره مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد پیش درمانی با نالوکسان، کلرفنیرامین و سایمتیدین اثر ضد دردی عصاره را به صورت معنی‌داری کاهش می‌دهد. هر چند سیپروهپتادین و فنتل‌آمین اثری نداشتند. نتایج ما به وضوح نشان می‌دهد اثرات ضد دردی گیاه کلپوره احتمالا به وسیله گیرنده‌های اپیوئیدرژیک، H₁ و H₂ هیستامینی میانجی‌گری می‌شود. https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_79_ca068802e1cfe1d6e3d7c8fd7c548b0d.pdf
