Seventy-one multiparous healthy (free of detectable reproductivedisorders) Holstein dairy cows (mean peak milk yield = 56.7 ± 7.4 kg) were used in the present study.Transrectal ultrasound scanning was performed twice weekly from the 1st to the 8th week postpartum. Bloodsamples were also collected twice weekly to measure serum progesterone (P4) concentrations. The BCS wasmonitored weekly after calving. Cows with serum P4 concentrations ≥1 ng/ml on at least 2 consecutive bloodsamplings were considered to have commenced luteal activity. The C-LA was observed in 51 out of 71 cows(71.8%) earlier than 45 days postpartum, while 20 out of 71 cows (28.2%) showed the C-LA later than 45days postpartum. Among the indices defined for the milk yield pattern in the present study, difference in milk yield between the 1st week and the peak week and the peak of milk yield were significantly (P≤0.05) lower in cows that commenced their luteal activity earlier than 45 days postpartum. Cows losing ≥1 unit BCS at the 3rd week postpartum showed their C-LA significantly later than those cows losing less BCS during the same interval (P≤0.05). In conclusion, among the different indices defined for the milk yield and BCS in thepresent study, the higher milk yield at the peak and lower A-BCS (Area under the chart of BCS change) werethe main factors associated with delayed commencement of luteal activity in clinically healthy highproducing dairy cows.}, keywords = {Commencement of luteal activity,Body condition score,Milk yield,High producing dairy cows}, title_fa = {ارتباط نمایه‌های تولید شیر و نمره وضعیت بدنی با شروع فعالیت لوتئال بعد از زایش در گاوهای شیری پرتولید}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط شاخص‌های مختلف نمره وضعیت بدنی (BCS) و تولید شیر با شروع فعالیت لوتئال     (C-LA) در دوره پس از زایش در گاوهای شیری پرتولید انجام شد. هفتاد و یک گاو شیری هلشتاین سالم (بدون ناهنجاری‌های قابل تشخیص تولیدمثلی) با میانگین پیک تولید 4/7 ± 7/56 کیلوگرم در این مطالعه استفاده شدند. اولتراسونوگرافی راست روده‌ای دو بار در هفته و از هفته اول تا هشتم برای معاینه تخمدان‌ها پس از زایش انجام شد. نمونه‌های خون نیز برای اندازه‌گیری غلظت سرمی پروژسترون دو بار در هفته جمع‌آوری شد. همچنین BCS به صورت هفتگی ارزیابی و ثبت شد. گاوهای دارای غلظت سرمی پروژسترون 1≤ نانوگرم/میلی‌لیتر، در حداقل دو نمونه‌گیری پشت سر هم، به عنوان C-LA در نظر گرفته شد. در 51 مورد از 71 گاو (8/71%) C-LA زودتر از 45 روز بعد از زایش مشاهده شد، در حالی که در 20 مورد از 71 گاو (2/28%) C-LA بعد از 45 روز پس از زایش را نشان دادند. گاوهایی که در سومین هفته پس از زایش 1≤ واحد BCS از دست دادند نسبت به گاوهایی که از دست دادن BCS آن‌ها در همین بازه زمانی کمتر بود، به طور معنی‌داری C-LA دیرتری نشان دادند (P<0.05). در میان نمایه‌های مختلف که در مطالعه حاضر برای تولید شیر و BCS تعریف شد، بیشتر بودن پیک تولید شیر و کمتر بودن A-BCS )سطح تغییرات زیر منحنی وضعیت بدنی) عوامل اصلی مرتبط با تاخیر در زمان شروع فعالیت لوتئال در گاوهای شیری پرتولید بودند.}, keywords_fa = {شروع فعالیت لوتئال,نمره وضعیت بدنی,میزان تولید شیر,گاو شیری پرتولید}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_64.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_64_705ea2ef97a13e3d97603b922b6a5869.pdf} }
