Aims: The aim of this study is molecular investigations of different types of aMPV in broiler farms in different provinces of Iran from 2016 to 2018. Methods: Tracheal and oropharyngeal swabs were collected from two hundred broiler chickens with respiratory signs in ten provinces of Iran, including Kurdistan, West Azerbaijan, Semnan, Esfahan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Qazvin, Khuzestan, Fars, Gilan, and Khorasan Razavi from February 2016 to December 2018. After RNA extraction, the presence of aMPV was confirmed using N gene special primers. Then, subtype-specific primers were utilized to differentiate the specific subtype. All positive samples were sequenced. Results: As a general trend, the percentage of aMPV positive chickens increased gradually over time. All samples were clustered together and placed in the subtype B aMPV group. Although 2 samples from 2016 and 2 samples from 2018 were placed in a separate branch, most of the current study samples of 2016, 2017, and 2018 revealed six segregated sub-branches, and they were placed close to other isolates of 2011 and 2013 from Iran. Conclusion: The current field study indicated the presence of aMPV in a considerable number of areas in Iran. Thus, the role of this virus in broiler respiratory complex should not be neglected.}, keywords = {Avian Metapneumovirus,Broiler,Iran,Phylogenetic analysis,RT-PCR}, title_fa = {تعیین مشخصات مولکولی متاپنوموویروس پرندگان در حال گردش، تحت گروه B، در جوجه‌های گوشتی، ایران، 1394 تا 1397}, abstract_fa = {پیشینه: عفونت متاپنوموویروس پرندگان (aMPV) تاثیرات اقتصادی قابل توجهی بر صنعت طیور در سرتاسر جهان دارد. هدف: هدف این مطالعه، بررسی مولکولی انواع تیپ‌های aMPV در مزارع گوشتی استان‌های مختلف ایران از سال 1394 تا 1397 می‌باشد. روش کار: سواب‌های نای و کامی از 200 گله جوجه گوشتی با علائم تنفسی از 10 استان ایران شامل کردستان، آذربایجان غربی، سمنان، اصفهان، سیستان و بلوچستان، قزوین، خوزستان، فارس، گیلان، و خراسان رضوی از بهمن سال 1394 تا دی سال 1397 جمع آوری شدند. پس از استخراج RNA، با استفاده از پرایمرهای اختصاصی ژن N وجود aMPV تایید شد. سپس پرایمرهای اختصاصی تحت تیپ برای تمایز دادن تحت تیپ‌های خاص مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. تمام نمونه‌های مثبت توالی یابی شدند. نتایج: به عنوان یک روند کلی، درصد جوجه‌های مثبت aMPV به مرور زمان افزایش یافت. تمام نمونه‌‌ها با هم دسته بندی شدند و در گروه تحت تیپ B از aMPV قرار گرفتند. اگرچه 2 نمونه از 1394 و 2 نمونه از 1397 در یک شاخه جداگانه قرار گرفتند، اکثریت نمونه‌های مطالعه حاضر از 1394، 1395 و 1397 در شش تحت شاخه جدا شده از هم را نشان دادند و نزدیک به جدایه‌های 1389 و 1391 از ایران قرار گرفتند. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه میدانی فعلی نشان دهنده وجود aMPV در تعدادی از مناطق قابل توجهی از ایران است. بنابراین، نقش این ویروس در بیماری‌های تنفسی جوجه‌های گوشتی نباید نادیده گرفته شود.}, keywords_fa = {متاپنوموویروس پرندگان,جوجه گوشتی,ایران,بررسی فیلوژنی,RT-PCR}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_6041.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_6041_9218b504806501e55d315a2302b81446.pdf} }
