The animals were divided into test,control and sham groups. The rats in the test group were laparotomized and unilateral ovariectomy was done. On the 1st and 2nd met-oestrous after operation, the tissue samples were dissected out and processed for histological study. The intact ovary in the test group underwent a significant (P<0.05) hypertrophy and compensatory changes including double angiogenesis, high cytoplasmic vacuolation in granulosa cell types of corpus luteum, compensatory follicular development, decreasing of follicular atresia, approximately double ovulation rate and increase in the width of cortex and medulla. The uterine horn on the intact side was approximately similar to the control and sham, while morphometric analyses showed that the horn on the ovariectomized side had significant decrease in the thickness of different layers. Scattering of endometrial glands on the uterine horn of the intact side was normal, showing a dense basophilic appearance in haematoxyline and eosin staining sections. The horn on the ovariectomized side showed low gland scattering. Histomorphometric analyses showed no significant differences between the vaginas in the three different groups. Distribution of mast cells (MCs) as essential cells participating in angiogenesis was investigated. In the test group, mast cells were considerably increased in number around the blood vessels in the medulla of the intact ovary and intact uterine horn. Mast cells were very low in number on the horn on the ovariectomized side.}, keywords = {Female rats,Compensatory response,Ovariectomy,Mast cells}, title_fa = {تغییرات جبرانی تخمدان، پراکندگی ماست سل‌ و تغییرات ساختمان لوله‌ای دستگاه تناسلی به دنبال برداشت یک طرفه تخمدان موش صحرایی}, abstract_fa = {برای به انجام رساندن مطالعه حاضر 40 موش رت ماده بالغ انتخاب گردید. حیوانات به گروه‌های آزمایش، شاهد و تیمار تقسیم شدند. موش‌هایی که در گروه آزمایش قرار داشتند لاپاراتومی شدند و برداشت یک طرفه تخمدان صورت پذیرفت. در اولین و دومین مت-استروس متعاقب برداشت یک طرفه تخمدان، نمونه‌برداری صورت پذیرفت. تخمدان باقی مانده در گروه آزمایش به شکل قابل ملاحظه‌ای دچار هیپرتروفی جبرانی شده بود که شامل: عروق سازی مضاعف، افزایش واکوئولاسیون داخل سیتوپلاسمی در سلول‌های نوع گرانولوزائی جسم زرد، رشد فولیکولی مضاعف، کاهش آترزی فولیکولی، تخمک گذاری مضاعف و افزایش پهنای بخش قشری و میانی تخمدان می‌شد. شاخ رحمی سمت تخمدان باقی مانده از لحاظ ساختار بافتی تقریبا نزدیک به گروه شاهد و تیمار بود ولی شاخ مقابل از لحاظ مورفومتریک کاهش محسوسی را در لایه‌های مختلف بافتی رحم نشان می‌داد. در گروه آزمایش غدد آندومتری شاخ رحمی در سمت تخمدان باقی مانده از لحاظ پراکندگی نزدیک به حالت نرمال بوده و در رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین رنگ‌پذیری بازوفیلیک مناسبی را نشان داد. این در حالی است که پراکندگی غدد آندومتری در شاخ مقابل در مقایسه با گروه کنترل و شاخ سمت تخمدان باقی مانده بسیار کمتر بود. هیچ تفاوت معنی‌داری بین ساختار بافتی واژن گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل مشاهده نشد. ماست سل‌ها به عنوان دسته‌ای از سلول‌های دخیل در امر عروق سازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در گروه آزمایش در اطراف عروق خونی موجود در مدولای تخمدان باقی مانده و شاخ رحمی همان سمت ماست سل‌ها پراکندگی بسیار بالایی را نشان دادند این در حالی است که شاخ رحمی مقابل پراکندگی پایین‌تر ماست سلی را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل و شاخ رحم سمت تخمدان باقی مانده نشان داد.}, keywords_fa = {موش صحرایی ماده,پاسخ جبرانی,برداشت تخمدان,ماست سل}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_171.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_171_2e15baf34adfccf3471a464f3eb0fd17.pdf} }
