Fasciola hepaticais the major cause of fasciolosis in man and domestic animals. Although remarkable research works have been done around the optimum temperature and time required for miracidial development, little is known aboutthe exact susceptibility of Fasciola hepaticaeggs to high temperatures. In the present study, Fasciola hepaticaeggs were initially incubated at 40°C, 45°C, and 50°C for various times (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 h), followed by incubation at 28°C for 16 days. Miracidial formation was subsequently investigated on the 16th day of incubation. Even though the rate of miracidial formation in the control group was 52%, in the eggs incubated at 40°C for 1, 3, and 5 h, the miracidial formations were 51.4%, 42.4% and 39.9%, respectively, and these values in the group incubated at 45°C were 46%, 42.5% and 33.7%, as well. However, in the case of incubation at 50°C for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 h, these values were recorded as 1.96%, 0.57%, 0.07%, 0.00% and 0.00%, respectively. The results indicated that the eggs were susceptible to high temperatures and incubation of the eggs at 50°C for 4 h was enough to significantly inactivate the eggs and prevent miracidial formation (P<0.001). However, using the livestock faeces as fertilizer in many rural areas may lead to the contamination of pasture. According to the findings of this study, in the areas with a high prevalence rate of Fasciola hepatica, manure storage for a sufficient time or heating the livestock manure before use as fertilizer is strongly recommended.}, keywords = {High temperatures,Lethal effect,Eggs,Fasciola hepatica,Control}, title_fa = {اثر کشنده گرما بر تخم‌های فاسیولا هپاتیکا}, abstract_fa = {فاسیولوزیس یک بیماری با گسترش جهانی است که اهمیت اقتصادی و بهداشتی قابل ملاحظه‌ای دارد.  فاسیولا هپاتیکا مهمترین عامل این بیماری در انسان و حیوانات اهلی است. اگرچه مطالعات قابل توجهی در زمینه درجه حرارت ایده‌آل و زمان مورد نیاز برای رشد میراسیدیوم در داخل تخم‌های انگل صورت گرفته است اما اطلاعات کمی در مورد میزان دقیق حساسیت تخم‌های این انگل در مقابل حرارت وجود دارد. در مطالعه حاضر تخم‌های انگل فاسیولا هپاتیکا، ابتدا در زمان‌های متفاوت (1، 2، 3، 4 و 5 ساعت) به میزان 40، 45 و 50 درجه سانتی‌گراد حرارت داده شدند و سپس به مدت 16 روز در انکوباسیون 28 درجه سانتی‌گراد قرار گرفتند. در روز شانزدهم، تشکیل یا عدم تشکیل میراسیدیوم در داخل تخم‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در حالیکه میزان تشکیل میراسیدیوم در تخم‌های گروه کنترل 52% بود، این میزان در تخم‌هایی که به مدت 1، 3 و 5 ساعت به میزان 40 درجه سانتی‌گراد حرارت دیده بودند به ترتیب 4/51%، 4/42% و 9/39% بود. میزان مذکور در تخم‌هایی که در زمان‌های یاد شده به میزان 45 درجه سانتی‌گراد حرارت دیده بودند به ترتیب 46%، 5/42% و 7/33% بود. در تخم‌هایی که به مدت 1، 2، 3، 4 و 5 ساعت به میزان 50 درجه سانتی‌گراد حرارت دیده بودند میزان تشکیل میراسیدیوم به ترتیب 96/1%، 57/0%، 07/0%، 0% و 0% بود. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تخم‌ها در مقابل حرارت‌های بالا حساسند و نگهداری تخم‌ها به مدت 4 ساعت در حرات 50 درجه سانتی‌گراد آن‌ها را کشته و مانع تشکیل میراسیدیوم می‌شود (P<0.001). در بسیاری از مناطق روستایی استفاده از مدفوع دام‌ها به عنوان کود حیوانی ممکن است موجب آلودگی مزارع و چراگاه‌ها به تخم انگل شود. با توجه به یافته‌های این تحقیق توصیه می‌شود در مناطقی که شیوع انگل فاسیولا هپاتیکا بالاست،‌ مدفوع دام‌ها قبل از استفاده به عنوان کود حیوانی به مدت کافی روی هم انباشته شود و یا اینکه در گرم خانه‌های مخصوص حرارت داده شود.}, keywords_fa = {گرما,اثر کشنده,تخم,فاسیولا هپاتیکا,کنترل}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_161.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_161_ad68fc37ea0a85ca94dbc34e675d723a.pdf} }
