Gender hadsignificant effect on weight gain (Pwere not statistically significant (P>0.05). Salbutamol increased (Pmagnitude of increasing was greater in females. Weight gain in males and females receiving the dietcontaining 7 mg Salbutamol/kg increased by 13 and 10 g, respectively compared to the control groups. Foodintake was affected by Salbutamol and was higher (PSalbutamol increased food intake in male and decreased in female quails (Pgroups. Food intake was lowest in females fed 7 mg Salbutamol/kg diet. The food conversion ratio (FCR) was lower (better) (P0.05) by Salbutamol administration. Gender affected leg weight (P(Prelative weight of leg was significantly lower (Pbreast and relative weight of leg were significantly affected by Salbutamol. Gender, Salbutamol and their interactions did not affect the chemical composition of breast muscle. The results of the experiment demonstrated that, Salbutamol had beneficial effects on growth performance and carcass characteristics and it seems that feeding 7 mg Salbutamol/kg diet was more effective in female than male Japanese quails.}, keywords = {Salbutamol,Weight gain,carcass characteristics,Japanese quail}, title_fa = {اثر سالبوتامول بر عملکرد رشد و خصوصیات لاشه بلدرچین ژاپنی (Coturnix japonica)}, abstract_fa = {اثر سالبوتامول بر عملکرد و ویژگی‌های لاشه 360 قطعه (180 قطعه نر و 180 قطعه ماده) بلدرچین ژاپنی از سن 21 تا 49 روزگی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. این تحقیق به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 10 تیمار آزمایشی (برای هر تیمار، 3 تکرار و در هر تکرار، 12 بلدرچین) انجام شد. فاکتور اول جنس (شامل دو گروه نر و ماده) و فاکتور دوم سالبوتامول (با پنج سطح 0، 1، 3، 5 و 7 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم خوراک به شکل مخلوط با جیره پایه) بود. میزان افزایش وزن در ماده‌ها بیشتر بود (P0.05). جنس، سالبوتامول و اثرات متقابل آن‌ها بر درصد ترکیبات شیمیایی گوشت سینه تاثیر معنی‌داری نداشت. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از سالبوتامول باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد و خصوصیات لاشه بلدرچین‌های ژاپنی گردید و این بهبود بیشتر در ماده‌هایی که جیره دارای 7 میلی‌گرم سالبوتامول در کیلوگرم خوراک را دریافت کردند مشاهده گردید.  }, keywords_fa = {سالبوتامول,افزایش وزن,خصوصیات لاشه,بلدرچین ژاپنی}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_100.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_100_0e340bcdb09fd54bc171788eed904239.pdf} }
