الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی سروتایپ‌های سالمونلا جدا شده از حیوانات در ایران: یک متا-آنالیز

چکیده

پیشینه: عفونت‌ سالمونلا (سالمونلوزیس) یک بیماری باکتریایی مشترک بین انسان و دام است. استفاده گسترده از آنتی بیوتیک‌ها در صنعت پرورش دام و طیور به منظور اهداف مختلفی از قبیل درمان و بهتر کردن شرایط رشد منجر به پدید آمدن مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی سالمونلا شده است، که با گذشت هر سال منجر به سخت‌تر شدن درمان عفونت‌های سالمونلایی می‌شود. هدف: تعیین فراوانی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی سروتایپ‌های سالمونلاهای جدا شده از حیوانات در استان‌های مختلف ایران. روش کار: به منظور پیدا کردن مقالات معتبر، پایگاه‌ داده‌های الکترونیکی ملی و بین المللی را با استفاده از واژه‌های کلیدی مناسب جستجو کردیم. نتایج: پس از استفاده از معیارهای از پیش تعیین شده، 54 مقاله که الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی سروتایپ‌های سالمونلا را ارزیابی کرده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. جدایه‌های سالمونلا اغلب در برابر نالیدیکسیک اسید (67%)، تتراسایکلین (9/66%)، استرپتومایسین (6/49%) و در ادامه تری متوپریم/سولفامتوکسازول (6/41%)، و کانامایسین (6/23%) مقاوم بودند. بیشترین میزان حساسیت در برابر ایمی پنم، مروپنم، و سفپیم دیده شد به طوری که به ترتیب 7/1%، 4/1%، و 9/1% از جدایه‌ها مقاوم بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که فراوانی میزان مقاومت جدایه‌ها در برابر نالیدیکسیک اسید، تتراسایکلین، و استرپتومایسین بالا می‌باشد و استفاده از آن‌ها باید محدود شود. علاوه بر این، میزان مقاومت در برابر آنتی بیوتیک‌های دیگر از قبیل کلرامفنیکل، آمپی سیلین، سفالوتین، سفکسیم و انروفلوکساسین در وضع هشدار دهنده‌ای می‌باشد که خواستار توجه در برنامه‌های کنترل عفونت در آینده و نظارت بر تجویز آنتی بیوتیک‌ها است.
