For the LM study, processed tissues were embedded in paraffinand sectioned serially into 6-μm thickness. Sections were stained with orcein. For the TEM study, afterfixation and dehydration, samples were embedded in resin, and ultrathin sections stained with uranil acetate. In the LM study, two edges (proximal and distal) at the orifice of the renal artery were observed. Extra formation of elastin was clearly seen at the tip of the distal edge compared with the proximal edge. The curve from the aorta wall into the renal artery at the distal edge of the orifice was sharper than that of the proximal edge. In the TEM study, the tunica intima in the distal and lateral edges was thicker than that in the proximal edge. At the proximal edge of the orifice, there was only one layer of endothelial cells, and the internal elastic membrane was situated directly beneath it. In the distal edge, besides the endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells (SMCs) were found in the tunica intima that were separated from each other with elastic and collagen fibers. In the tunica intima of the lateral edge, two layers of SMCs were observed, between which were collagen fibers. This distance between the internal elastic membrane and endothelial cells at the distal and lateral edges can be important in diseases such as atherosclerosis. These data indicate that there are differences between the proximal edge and the distal and lateral edges of the orifice, and the involvement of special structures in atherosclerosis is suggested.}, keywords = {Orifice,Renal artery,Proximal edge,Distal edge,Lateral edge}, title_fa = {ساختار منفذ سرخرگ کلیه در آئورت شکمی در سگ نر بالغ}, abstract_fa = {منفذ سرخرگ کلیه یکی از جایگاه‌های آترواسکلروسیس در این رگ می‌باشد به همین دلیل بر آن شدیم که ساختار این ناحیه را در سرخرگ کلیه نرمال در سگ نر بالغ به وسیله میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی مورد بررسی قرار دهیم. برای این مطالعه 6 سگ نر انتخاب کردیم. برای مطالعه میکروسکوپ نوری بافت‌ها توسط پارافین قالبگیری و برش‌های 6 میکرومتری تهیه شدند. سپس برش‌ها به وسیله اورسئین رنگ‌آمیزی شدند. برای مطالعه میکروسکوپ الکترونی بعد از ثبوت و آبگیری، نمونه‌ها در رزین قالب‌گیری شدند و برش‌ها به وسیله یورانیل استات رنگ‌آمیزی شدند. در میکروسکوپ نوری در ناحیه منفذ سرخرگ کلیه دو لبه بالایی و پایینی را مشاهده کردیم که در مقایسه با لبه بالایی، در راس لبه پایینی الاستین بیشتری مشاهده شد. پیچیدگی دیواره آئورت به طرف سرخرگ کلیه در لبه پایینی منفذ سرخرگ کلیه تندتر از لبه بالایی بود. در میکروسکوپ الکترونی مشاهده شد که لایه داخلی در لبه پایینی و جانبی نسبت به لبه بالایی ضخیمتر بود. در لبه بالایی منفذ فقط یک لایه سلول اندوتلیالی یافت شد که غشاء الاستیک داخلی درست در زیر این سلول‌ها قرار گرفته بود در حالیکه در لبه پایینی به جز سلول‌های اندوتلیالی، سلول‌های ماهیچه‌ای صاف نیز در لایه داخلی دیده شد که این سلول‌ها به وسیله رشته‌های الاستیک و کلاژن از یکدیگر جدا می‌شدند. در لبه جانبی منفذ سرخرگ، دو لایه از سلول‌های ماهیچه‌ای صاف در لایه داخلی دیده شد که در بین آن‌ها رشته‌های کلاژن وجود داشت. این فاصله بین غشاء الاستیک داخلی و سلول‌های اندوتلیوم در لبه پایینی و جانبی می‌تواند در ایجاد بیماری‌هایی مثل آترواسکلروسیس مهم باشد. در مطالعه منفذ سرخرگ کلیه در لبه بالایی، پایینی و جانبی تفاوت‌هایی یافت شد که وجود این ساختارهای خاص می‌تواند در بیماری آترواسکلروسیس دخیل باشد.}, keywords_fa = {منفذ,سرخرگ کلیه,لبه بالایی,لبه پایینی,لبه جانبی}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_44.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_44_4df6a08609c095cf2999b08e6177ad84.pdf} }
