These are considered as the major causes of economic losses of dairy producers without a control program. To reveal the role of these agents in inducing subclinical mastitis in dairy cattle in Ahvaz, 100 CMT-positive milk samples and 20 CMT-negative milk samples were collected and examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The results were compared with the conventional bacterial culture. Based on the PCR results, S. agalactiae, S. dysgalactiae and S. uberis  were causative agents in 20, 12.5 and 0.83% of samples, respectively. There was not any culture-positive samples being negative in PCR, but there were 10 PCR positives being negative in culture method. Based on McNemar test, there was 91.6% agreement between PCR and culture methods for the diagnosis of streptococcal mastitis. There were 14 and 7 CMTnegative samples, being positive by PCR and culture methods, respectively. The results of this study showed that subclinical infections from these bacteria are prevalent in dairy cattle of Ahvaz and regular testing and control programs should be planned to control the infection. CMT has not sufficient sensitivity for detection of subclinical mastitis due to these agents.}, keywords = {Streptococcus species,PCR,Cattle,Mastitis}, title_fa = {مطالعه ورم پستان تحت بالینی ناشی از استرپتوکوکوس آگالاکتیه، استرپتوکوکوس دیس گالاکتیه و استرپتوکوکوس یوبریس در گاو در اهواز با آزمایش زنجیره‌ای پلیمراز}, abstract_fa = { استرپتوکوکوس آگالاکتیه، استرپتوکوکوس دیس گالاکتیه و استرپتوکوکوس یوبریس باکتری‌های گرم مثبت و بیماری‌زای پستان گاوهای شیری هستند. این باکتری‌ها مهمترین عوامل خسارات اقتصادی در گله‌های گاو شیری که برنامه کنترل ورم پستان ندارند محسوب می‌شوند. به منظور ارزیابی نقش این عوامل در ایجاد ورم پستان تحت بالینی در گاوهای شیری اهواز، تعداد 100 نمونه شیر دارای واکنش مثبت در CMT و 20 نمونه شیر دارای واکنش منفی در این آزمایش جمع‌آوری گردید و حضور این عوامل با استفاده از PCR بررسی و نتایج حاصل از آن با روش کشت باکتریایی مقایسه گردید. براساس نتایج حاصل از PCR، استرپتوکوکوس آگالاکتیه، استرپتوکوکوس دیس گالاکتیه و استرپتوکوکوس یوبریس به ترتیب در 20، 5/12 و83/0% نمونه‌های بررسی شده حضور داشتند. در همه نمونه‌هایی که کشت باکتریایی مثبت شده بود PCR نیز نتیجه مثبت داشت ولی در 10 نمونه دارای واکنش مثبت PCR، کشت باکتریایی منفی شد. بر اساس آزمون مک نمار بین دو روش PCR و کشت باکتریایی 6/91% توافق در تشخیص عوامل استرپتوکوکی ورم پستان وجود دارد. از بین نمونه‌های دارای واکنش منفی در CMT به ترتیب 14 و 7 نمونه در PCR و کشت باکتریایی نتیجه مثبت نشان دادند. براساس نتایج به دست آمده عفونت‌های تحت بالینی ناشی از این باکتری‌ها در گاوهای شیری اهواز شایع بوده و باید برنامه‌های تست و پیشگیری منظم طرح‌ریزی شود تا عفونت کنترل شود CMT حساسیت کافی جهت تشخیص عفونت ورم پستان تحت بالینی ناشی از این عوامل را ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {گونه‌های استرپتوکوکوس,PCR,گاو,ورم پستان}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_1765.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_1765_a9def15398c2a88fec47c741b13da9b5.pdf} }
