In the present study, morphometrical changes inthe ovary and uterus of 12 5–6-week-old female Syrian mice after intraperitoneal injection of 75 mgcyclophosphamide/kg BW were assessed. Control animals (n = 8) were injected with sterile distilled waterusing similar method. The results of this study revealed that cyclophosphamide eliminated almost more than50% of the primordial follicles (PMF) reserve. The mean ± SE number of PMF in the control group was 1210± 135 compared to 464 ± 55 in the test group. The mean number of secondary, tertiary follicles and corporalutea also showed significant (Pshowed that the mean ± SE diameter of the ovary in the control group was 1703 ± 78 μm as compared to900.9 ± 86 μm in the test group (Pwith a mean ± SE of 745.7 ± 13 μm in the control and 393.1 ± 23 μm in the test group. The mean ± SEthickness of endometrium in the control group was 392.1 ± 16 μm, whereas in the test group it was 194 ± 10μm (Pdestruction of PMF as well as other growing follicles; accordingly, the reproductive potential was negativelyaffected. The method used in this study can be most likely used as a sensitive and inexpensive tool to predictthe damage to fertility caused by new chemotherapy protocols. In conclusion, chemotherapy brings about a)reduction in ovarian follicular populations, especially PMF, b) it causes reduction in diameter and size ofovary and c) decreases thickness of uterine wall, especially endometrium.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات سیکلو فسفامید بر مورفولوژی و مورفومتری تخمدان و رحم در موش سوری}, abstract_fa = { هدف از انجام این تحقیق مطالعه علت کاهش میزان باروری بعد از شیمی درمانی بود. سیکلو فسفامید یکی از داروهای مهم در شیمی درمانی است که در درمان بسیاری از بیماری‌های سرطانی و خود ایمنی مصرف می‌شود. در این تحقیق 20 قطعه موش سوری ماده به سن 5 تا 6 هفته انتخاب شد. به 12 قطعه داروی سیکلوفسفامید به مقدارmg/kg BW 75 و به 8 قطعه دیگر، به عنوان شاهد، آب مقطر استریل به طریق داخل صفاقی (i. p.) تزریق گردید. در مطالعه ساختار بافتی تخمدان، انواع فولیکول‌های باقی‌مانده در هر دو تخمدان و جسم زرد شمارش شدند و قطر تخمدان‌ها هم اندازه‌گیری گردید. میانگین تعداد فولیکول‌های مقدماتی در گروه شاهد 135 ± 1210 و در گروه آزمایش 55 ± 464 بود. این ارقام نشان می‌دهند که بیش از 50٪ از ذخیره فولیکول‌های مقدماتی تخریب شده‌اند. البته میانگین فولیکول‌های ثانویه، ثالثیه و جسم زرد هم در نمونه‌های آزمایش به طور معنی‌دار کاهش یافته بود (P<0.05). در مطالعه هیستومورفومتری، قطر تخمدان هم بررسی گردید که در نمونه‌های آزمایش به طور معنی‌دار کاهش یافته بود (P<0.01). میانگین قطر تخمدان در گروه آزمایش 86 ± 9/900 میکرومتر و در گروه شاهد 78 ± 1703 میکرومتر بود. در مطالعه هیستومورفومتری ضخامت کل رحم و آندومتر نیز اندازه‌گیری شد. ضخامت رحم در گروه آزمایش 23 ± 1/393 و در گروه شاهد 13 ± 7/745 میکرومتر بود و ضخامت مخاط رحم (آندومتر) در گروه آزمایش 10 ± 194 و در گروه شاهد 16 ± 1/392 میکرومتر بود که اختلاف معنی‌داری (P<0.001) را نشان می‌دهد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می‌دهد که شیمی درمانی با سیکلو فسفامید بر روی ساختار تخمدان اثر گذاشته و آن را تغییر می‌دهد. این تغییر به صورت تخریب فولیکول‌های تخمدانی، به خصوص فولیکول‌های مقدماتی است. با کاهش فولیکول‌های تخمدانی، تخمدان کاهش قطر (آتروفی) یافته و ضخامت آندومتر نیز کاهش می‌یابد. این روش مطالعه به نظر می‌رسد برای اثبات اثرات سوء شیمی درمانی بر روی توان تولید مثلی مناسب باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سیکلوفسفامید,فولیکول تخمدانی,تخمدان,آندومتر,موش}, url = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_11.html}, eprint = {https://ijvr.shirazu.ac.ir/article_11_4609e6279bb33e6b7802b72a5a09eb04.pdf} }
